In our technological world today we lose sight of the simple things. Running around with cell phones in hand while hurrying to the next meeting, is how we miss the little things in life. We don’t see what is right in front of us.
Take some time, even if it’s only 5 minutes, just sit and breathe deep and you might be surprised at what you are missing out on. Or, do a little yoga to destress at the end of the day. Turn the phones and computers off and talk to each other. What a concept!
